Week 41 Wedding & Fun Run

Well I have gotten very behind on uploading my weekly photographic challenge photographs. I have been so busy with school photo projects and photo jobs that it has gotten pushed to the side. Hopefully I will have some time to catch up over winter break. Here is one section. This week I photographed a wedding. This was a special one for me because it was the first wedding where I was the primary photographer and it wasn't family or friends. I had a lot of fun and pulled through it alright. I have decided though that people management and posing is where I need to most improvement.

Also this week I photographed a Fun Run with my class. It was a lot of fun and I got to photograph a skunk that was nearby. To my dismay the police then came and shot the skunk because it was in the way of all the running kids.

Week 50 Snow

This week I had some fun homework assignments photographed some playing Xbox and exploring in the snow.

Week 24 Farm Work

This week there was lots of work to do on Round River Farm. The biggest task being cleaning all the manure out of the barn and chicken coop. It made a huge pile. There were also lots of vegetables as is to be expected. I also took a walk to the nearby lake and saw some beautiful flowers.

Week 3 Jump High

For this week I had this plan of making a photograph of someone jumping high into the air maybe with a dog next to them or some other sort of creative twist. Laura's little brother was happy to be my model and had lots of fun showing off his cool jumps and flips. It was a very challenging shoot because the overcast day made for a low level of light and jumping on a trampoline is fast action. I did manage to make a few good photographs this one being my favorite because you can see al of James and it almost looks like he is flying instead of jumping. I like how you can see the trampoline but there is a lot of space between him and it. I wish that his head was more centered in the photograph and he wasn't looking out of the frame because as it is the composition doesn't keep your eyes in the image. I did also make some nice portraits when he took rest breaks.
